Common questions

I didn't get my confirmation or password reset email. Check your spam folder, then wait a few minutes and try again. Still nothing? Email us from the address you signed up with.

How do I get a copy of my data? Settings > Data > Export. You can download a spreadsheet or a full backup file.

How do I delete my account? Settings > Delete account. Type DELETE to confirm. Your account and everything in it are permanently removed.

Is my journal private? Yes. Only you can see what you log. See the Privacy Policy.
